Bexleyheath is a town in the London Borough of Bexley. The town is within easy reach of central London and in the opposite direction the stunning Kent countryside.

Things To Do

The Broadway shopping centre is the premier Bexleyheath shopping destination. It has over 60 stores and 1200 parking spaces. The Town Centre also has lots of restaurants, pubs, a Cineworld and even a bowling alley.

If you are a National Trust member you should visit the Red House which was the home of the founder of the Arts & Crafts movement, William Morris.

Danson Park is a beautiful park located between Welling and Bexleyheath. With some stunning scenery the park boasts a boating lake, tennis courts, a water area for children, an outdoor cinema in the summer and there is even a pub to while away those long summer evenings. For the kids, the park hosts travelling fairgrounds on summer bank holidays and there is a regular fireworks display

In Bexleyheath, Tenpin bowling is a huge attraction for family and friends. You can even do “cosmic bowling” to bowl with disco lights and a party dance soundtrack. There's also a large range of arcade games, pool tables and a bar/restaurant.

If you’re looking for a place to relax and exercise Bexleyheath is home of the Crook Log Leisure Centre. Within this centre you can find pools, gyms and a restaurant.

The station is located a short walk from the Broadway. The station is on the Bexleyheath line and connects to London Victoria via Peckham Rye, London Charing Cross, London Cannon Street, Barnehurst, Gravesend and Dartford.

The average train time from Bexleyheath to central London is 30 minutes.
