Introduction Only 

Ashton Reeves will take a fee for introducing a Tenant to the Landlord's property, this amount will be deducted to the Agent from the first month's rent. Within this service Ashton Reeves will market and advertise your property, erect a board in accordance with Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and carry out accompanied viewings. We give an accurate account of the tenant's suitability to your property. We will then carry out the referencing process on the applicant, if passed we will offer a tenancy agreement and also register your new tenants deposit with the DPS.

Rent Collection

This service will include all the benefits from the Introduction only service but Ashton Reeves will remain involved with the tenancy and chase rent payments every month if late, this also includes monthly rental statements but no maintenance will be dealt with by Ashton Reeves under this agreement.

Fully Managed

Have peace of mind with the fully manged level of service. Ashton Reeves will find you a tenant, put them through a referencing process and move them in, we will also look after your tenant for the duration of your tenancy agreement to make the whole process as stress free as possible. Fees apply for this service.
